3. When arranging your visit time via email, ensure that you use the same name as you will use for your group booking. This is crucial for us to match your booking with the arranged visit time.
4. Advance Booking Requirement: We require all group bookings to be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance of your planned visit. This allows us to adequately prepare for your group and ensure the best possible experience.
5. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please keep this for your records and bring it with you on the day of your visit.
